Any Business based in England that had been in receipt of Small Business Rates Relief (SBRR) or Rural Rates Relief (RRR)
What is it?
A one-off Grant of £10,000 from the Local Authority on behalf of Government for all such Businesses

How do I do this?
Ratepayers do not need to do anything. Local Authorities will work through their records and make the awards
This is another Grant – not a Loan. The Chancellor is putting cash directly in the hands of such small Businesses, so that they can weather the Covid storm
